At Penny Spool Quilts, we want you to be inspired by every purchase; if you are not completely satisfied with your physical goods, we offer a 30-day return window for items in original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unused fabric or quilting supplies in their original packaging, ensuring the Return Authorization number is clearly marked on the outside.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Send your package back to our studio using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once we inspect and approve the returned items, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
